How do I access pcHugClub Content from a previous month from when I was a member?
You can access past monthly content and past purchases. You will want to login and go to the top right hand corner, click on “My Account”. Then you will see your personal information. In the bottom left corner of your account page you will see a Past Content Section. Your previous pcHugClub Month’s will be listed there.
I get a message that says "Invalid Password" when I try to login. What can I do?
For your security all passwords are encrypted. There is a feature to the pcCrafter web site that allows you to reset your password if you have forgotten it. Click on “Forgot Your Password” that is below the login fields, and you will be directed to enter some information that will allow your password to be reset. An email will be sent to you telling you what your password was temporarily set to by our computer. You can then login to your account, access the My Account option, and choose the Edit link that is listed next to your password to change it to one you want.
I have a new email address, mailing address, credit card, etc. How do I get it changed?
You will want to login and go to the top right hand corner, click on “My Account”. Then you will see your personal information. Click on “change” and update any of your personal information.
I would like to join, but I don't have a credit card or I don't like to enter my credit card information over the internet. How can I join?
You can join without a credit card. It's easy...just go to www.pcHugClub.com, mail the join form with your check or money order to pcCrafter, 480 E. 770 N., Orem, UT 84058
I just joined the pcHugClub. When I received the email welcoming me to the pcHugClub, I noticed that the CD(s) selected was "A Child's World". This is not the CD I want. How do I change the CD?
Sometimes an error can occur when submitting your membership which causes the CD’s for memberships to default to that CD, even if you entered your choices. Please use the Help Desk to inform us of the CD's that you wish to receive.
I want to cancel my pcHugClub membership. How do I do this?
To cancel your membership, you can email us at
cancel@pchugclub.com
. You will need to contact us before the 25th of the month to ensure that you are not billed on the next billing cycle according to your pcHugClub Membership Plan.

I recently signed up for a pcHugClub membership. I was billed on my credit card for the same amount twice. Did my membership renew? Why?
When you join the pcHugClub, you agree that your membership will be automatically renewed, according to the membership plan you select, as stated in the pcHugClub Terms and Conditions. You will continue to be billed until you cancel your membership. When you join with a 6 or 12 month membership we notify you by email when your membership is due for renewal. Monthly plans are renewed at the end of each month for the following month’s content. Our billing cycle begins on the 25th of the month.

I want to change my membership plan. (Example: I want to change my membership plan from monthly to yearly.) How do I do this?
To change your membership plan first login to My Account. Under the pcHugClub Membership Details section you will see your membership plan listed. Click the “Change” link to choose a different plan.
