I am a 60 year old card carrying member of the AARP and proud of it. I always said that when I retired from "government work" I would start my real life-and I did! As soon as I retired I was contacted by Bluegrass Publishing about my poetry and within a year had produced two books which pcCrafter so kindly sells on site. I credit pcCrafter with helping me move forward in my computer scrapbooking by offering me the opportunity about five years ago to write "an" article for them. (I'm hard to get rid of!)
I have a wonderful hubby of almost 40 years (will be 40 in Dec 05) and a daughter (whose age I am not at liberty to disclose). I had two fur babies until just recently. We lost our 14 year old poodle, Gus, whose image you can see in my Creatable. He and Cozy, our girl furbaby, have been much loved members of our little family. Cozy is a little Shin Tzu mix and sweet as can be.
I love scrapbooking, digital work, photography and writing poetry and short stories. I love being able to share my work via my books. Before that became an option, I copied and bound them on my own, just to be able to share with friends. I also love to share via the internet, such as the Poetry Corner at pcCrafter.
I am having the time of my life and I so enjoy sharing that time with my online friends!
