How do I access pcHugClub Content from a previous month from when I was a member?

You can access past monthly content and past purchases. You will want to login and go to the top right hand corner, click on “My Account”. Then you will see your personal information. In the bottom left corner of your account page you will see a Past Content Section. Your previous pcHugClub Month’s will be listed there.

I get a message that says "Invalid Password" when I try to login. What can I do?

For your security all passwords are encrypted. There is a feature to the pcCrafter web site that allows you to reset your password if you have forgotten it. Click on “Forgot Your Password” that is below the login fields, and you will be directed to enter some information that will allow your password to be reset. An email will be sent to you telling you what your password was temporarily set to by our computer. You can then login to your account, access the My Account option, and choose the Edit link that is listed next to your password to change it to one you want.

I have a new email address, mailing address, credit card, etc. How do I get it changed?

You will want to login and go to the top right hand corner, click on “My Account”. Then you will see your personal information. Click on “change” and update any of your personal information.

I would like to join, but I don't have a credit card or I don't like to enter my credit card information over the internet. How can I join?

pcCrafter only accepts credit cards as an acceptable method of payment for the pcHugClub. The security of your personal information is very important to us. In our efforts to protect your online transactions, we use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). If your browser is capable of SSL (and most are), your personal information will be automatically encrypted, or encoded, before it is sent over the Internet. I am currently a member with a 6 month or yearly plan. Since these plans are no longer being offered what will happen at the end of my membership? Will I still be able to be a pcHugClub Member?

Yes you will still be able to continue as a pcHugClub Member. We are still offering the monthly subscription plan. At the end of your membership you will need to go through a quick process to join again as a monthly member. We will email you toward the end of your membership with more instructions.

I want to cancel my pcHugClub membership. How do I do this?

To cancel your membership, you can email us at cancel@pchugclub.com. You will need to contact us before the 25th of the month to ensure that you are not billed on the next billing cycle according to your pcHugClub Membership Plan. Click here to read more about our cancellation policy.

I recently signed up for a pcHugClub membership. I was billed on my credit card for the same amount twice. Did my membership renew? Why?

When you join the pcHugClub, you agree that your membership will be automatically renewed, according to the membership plan you select, as stated in the pcHugClub Terms and Conditions. I want to change my membership plan. (Example: I want to change my membership plan from monthly to yearly.) How do I do this?

After 10 years of providing you clipART, we are making a few changes for 2010. pcCrafter will continue to offer our monthly pcHugClub programs, but unfortunately we will not be offering bi-annual and annual payment plans. If you have subscribed to either bi-annual or annual plans in 2009, we will honor those through terms end.
