In Like A Lion, Out Like A Lamb March roars in like a lion So fierce, The wind so cold, It seems to pierce. The month rolls on And Spring draws near, And March goes out Like a lamb so dear. By Lorie Hill I remember the saying "in like a lion, out like a lamb" from when I was a girl in school. We would predict what the weather would be like during the month of March, by choosing a lamb or a lion. I would always chose the lamb; I think it was because I could glue puffy white cotton balls all over my paper lamb to make him cute and fluffy. Now that I am grown I still like to make my own predictions about the weather, this year I am hoping that March will come in like a lion and go out like a lamb, so that we will have a nice long spring. I am excited about the warmer temperatures that the month of March brings. I love to be outside and work in my yard. We moved into our new home last year and were able to get the grass in last summer. So this spring we will be planting all of the bushes, trees, shrubs and, of course, lots and lots of flowers. Don’t forget that Easter is the first weekend in April this year. There are many wonderful Easter Creatable collections you could use to make some beautiful Easter greeting cards. Warm Hugs!
