Are you thinking of Christmas? I must admit it’s crossed my mind. Many of you are always a season ahead of what is coming up next. I admire that, but I’m not one of those people. Right now I’m thinking of all the birthdays that my family and friends will be celebrating this month and thought I would get creative and make cards. While cruising the aisles at the Dollar Tree … everyone’s favorite place to shop from the Message Board, I came across an assortment of brightly decorated blank note cards. The style was funky and retro and was just yelling at me to add my own decorations. It didn’t take much persuading and I had a handful in my cart. At only 50¢ each and my pcHugBug Deluxe full of Creatables, I was on my way to making my cards look like they were worth $3.95. Use up scraps and those one of a kind embellishment you have leftover from other projects. You’ll be saving money while creating a one of a kind card for that special someone.
