Instructions:

Step 1. Open design program and select checked frame and add a light blue background to the interior of frame. Add images as desired and print two on one sheet of card stock.
Step 2. Laminate and cut out.
Step 3. Cut a piece of foam core that is slightly smaller than the laminated images.
Step 4. Mark the aluminum pipe at 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 inches. Place in vise and saw the different sizes of chimes. Then place each chime in vise and drill a hole to hang the chime
Step 5. Used sander to deburr the holes and cut ends.
Step 6. Punch two holes in the foam core for the hanger, tie ribbon and tape the tails of the ribbon to the foam core.
Step 7. Mark the holes for the placement of the chimes at the bottom of the foam core. For half inch chimes, place ¾ inch apart.
Step 8. Thread a 12 inch piece of embroider floss through the chime and tie in a knot, then dap a tiny bit of glue to the knot.
Step 9. Punch a hole and thread the floss through the foam core, tie the floss in a knot and tape down the tails. Be sure to make all chimes the same height.
Step 10. Add double stick tape to both front and back signs and attach to the foam core.
