| Instructions: |

| Step 1. |
Print background big enough to cut a rectangle that is 9 ½ x 2 ¾. Print and cut out front graphic no larger than 3 5/8 x 2 5/8. Print and cut out small strip for front tab, ¾ x 2 5/8. |
| Step 2. |
To Score for folding –
Start at the end of the rectangle that will be the front.
Score on the back side at –
4” from the end, 4 ¼ “ from the end, and 8 5/8 “ from the end.
Turn and fold at all scorings.

| Step 3. |
Fold up tab, place 3 badge holders in and staple from the back so that the smooth part of the staple will show in the back..
Fold down front and secure under tab.

Glue on Front Graphic.
Glue on Tab Graphic, which covers the staple.
