Teddy Bears by Rebecca Carter
School Spirit by Carol Halm

Instructions:

Step 1. Create the design for your tin (The one I did is for my niece who is a first year teacher with first graders). I placed the graphics on a color related background sized to fit the tin.
Step 2. Front label (11" x 4.5"), back label (11' x 4.5"), top and inside cover labels (6 7/8" x 3 7/8") are laminated.
Step 3. Create the divider cards (6.5" x 4" plus tabs). I made four left, four middle and four right tabbed cards and added teacher quotes to each. I labeled each card with Books, Music, Students, Games, Certificates, Holiday Ideas, Crafts, Calendars, Notes, Recipes, Stickers and Miscellaneous.
Step 4. Next, fill each section with corresponding cards. I made little certificates to be passed out to the students, Student Info cards, Book lists to record favorite stories and authors, Game ideas, Holiday ideas and decorations, a Calendar, Stickers for each season and a Notepad (held together with rubber cement).
Step 5. Lastly, tie some colorful ribbon to the handle.
