| Instructions: |

| Step 1. |
Using shape tool make two square templates 3 1/2 X 3 1/2. |
| Step 2. |
Fill in only one template with any design/graphic layout. This will be the front of the pad. Leave the second template blank (this will be the back). |
| Step 3. |
Print and cut out. |
| Step 4. |
With binder, punch the top 25-30 loose pad papers and the tops of the front and back covers. |
| Step 5. |
Put in order and bind with the coil. |
