Instructions:

Step 1. Select the clipart you would like to use. Print onto white cardstock. I did the witch first, then the words, and then positioned them on top of the banner to cover the word "October". On the botton of the banner print Welcome in your favorite font. Make the banner approx. 2 1/2 x 4 in.
Step 2. Print background the size of the paper(81/2 x 11). I used Friendly Fall background.
Step 3. Lay the wooden hanger over the top of background and trace outside edge and middle hole twice. Cut out.
Step 4. Using Mod Podge as an adhesive, follow instructions to attach background paper to wood. Use a light coat. Cover front and back of hanger letting each side dry well.
Step 5. Attach witch picture to front using the same method. Let it dry.
Step 6. Sand edges and hole and ink with orange ink. Let dry.
Step 7. Attach ribbons and flower using hot glue.
