Create and print off around 25 Friendship Wrappers (more or less depending on size of jar) for the Miniature Hershey Bars (2.9x1.5) or Hershey Nugget Bars (2.8x1.1). Print, cut out, wrap around chocolate bar and attach with glue or double sided tape. Place chocolate bars inside empty jar.

Create a label for your jar. Size will depend on the size of your jar but mine was 2.5x2 & I just sized the graphic accordingly. Print, cut & attach to jar with double sided tape or run label through your xyron adhesive.

Create a label for the top of your jar to cover any words/pictures on the lid. I enlarged on of the matching tags from the same Creatable & just cut the right sized circle out of the middle.

Create a matching card or tag to give along with the treat.
